I would like to thank all of the people that came to Weekendbridge at the Hilton January 2010despite the weather I think we had a very nice weekend and again, we met a lot of new faces and made some more friends.

Usual thanks go to Geof and Joy and Malcolm and Cathy for helping me run the best weekend of the year, Thanks to the students from Warwick university that I can only say are a credit to the young people of today and last but not least thanks to our special guest this year Andrew Kambities.

I am in the process of sorting out next years event and getting some of Anrew Kambities extensive notes up on the web site for you all to enjoy (this is mainly acol related).

Because of the weather there was quite a bit of disruption to attendance, this resulted in a lot of cancellations with very little notice (no ones fault) the result of this is the position with deposits.

If you paid and never attended, I will carry the deposit over until next year, if you cancelled and never paid,it would be nice if you book for the 2011 meeting.

I will be altering the website over the coming months, incorporating some of Andrew Kambities files and updating info for the weekendbridge meetings
